Juice Juice Baby, Part 2!

New juice recipes based off of my old post!

New and improved juice recipes! I have received so much amazing feedback from my initial juice post. So many people have made them, used them as a base for their own recipes, and even bought some from me. I love walking through the produce section and wondering which fruits and veggies will pair well together, as well as the nutritional value behind each one! I have now been juicing for almost two months and I can tell such a huge difference on days I don't get my juice as opposed to the days I do. The amount of energy gained from all the nutrients within one serving is amazing and will have you reaching all of your nutritional goals. Everyone will have a different set of taste buds for these, With the juices I do recommend to mix 6 oz. of the juice blend with about 2-3 oz. of orange juice for added sweetness or water to help tone down any strong earthy flavors.

I know some of my friends have tried to make the juices with a blender, while that is a alternative, I would highly recommend a juicer! It will make the whole process a lot simpler and you will get more product from it. I was gifted my juicer from family and it was purchased on Amazon for $70. Amazon has a lot of amazing products that you can check out to help you make amazing juices. To keep your juicer in good shape, make sure to peel all fruits with tough skin (mangoes and pineapple. Apple is ok) and remove any cores/seeds from vegetables and fruit (cucumber seeds, apple core, mango core, pineapple core, etc)

Check out some new and improved recipes below! The only juice I did not reinvent was the Tropical Carrot. It was just too good and one of our favorites. Check out my post "Juice Juice Baby" for that recipe!
