Juice Juice Baby!

Okay, I know what you're thinking, this is just a diet fad thing. Okay maybe it is, but also is absolutely delicious!!!! I started this as a juice cleanse, but by the time I ran out of the juice I made for 3 days I found myself craving these juices! They are so fresh and also give you almost 300% of your daily value in vitamins. These can be used for a juice cleanse or even just some yummy juices to reach your nutritional goals. I live with a picky eater and I have been guilty of "mom-ing" him to try and eat more vegetables, this was the key! FINALLY now he gets more nutrients than ever before! Also, the fun colors that come from the juice can make it more appealing to kids as well!
Some people think that because you are adding kale or cucumber or even beets that the juices would be hard to drink. You just have to find the right balance! The other plus side is after drinking these for three days, I had no more bloat. (Disclaimer it will come back eventually, unless you continuously alter your diet). The other amazing perk is how great they make you feel, and you won't know it until you try it. I always questioned it, "how do they know how I will feel" but nope I have so much energy and feel so perky in the morning. Don't get me wrong I am totally a morning person, but these made me feel like I could bounce right out of bed and a run a marathon (yikes...maybe not that much). I promise that once you start drinking these, you will crave them every day, and hey, nothing bad about them!
Okay lets get to the juices!! I do have a juicer myself BUT you can use a blender and then just strain the mixture with cheesecloth or a sieve. Tip: Along with the fruits and veggies, buy 100% orange juice and add into any juice that may be too earthy for you! It is the same as juicing the oranges but you will get more for your $$!
Orange Carrot Juice (The most amazing juice, and you cannot even taste the carrots).
You will need:
- 1 lb Carrots
- 1 Pineapple (Skin 0ff)
- 3 Mangoes (Peeled)
- 1 Lemon
- 1 knuckle Ginger
- 1 cup Orange Juice (optional)
Green Juice (Great taste, but can be earthy with the Kale, you can add more apples or orange juice if needed)
You will need:
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 bunch Kale
- 3 Cucumbers (Scoop out the seeds)
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Fuji or Red Delicious Apples
- 1 knuckle Ginger
- 1 cup Orange Juice (optional)
Purple Beet Juice (This color is so fun, kids will love it!)
You will need:
- 1 can Whole Beets (or fresh beets)
- 1 pint Raspberries
- 1/2 pint Blueberries
- 3 Fuji or Red Delicious Apples
- 1 Lemon
- 1 cup Orange Juice (optional)
Yellow Sunshine Juice:
You will need:
- 1 Pineapple
- 3 Mangoes
- 1 cup Orange Juice
