Blueberry Lemon Scones

Like I have mentioned before in previous posts, I am ALL about lemon and blueberry. I have grown to love this recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction. The paring of lemon and blueberry just screams summer! It is taking so much discipline to not eat all 8 sitting next to me right now. The dough is so light and fluffy, like a beautiful pillow with a punch of flavor to wake you up. You can use the link below to follow her recipe and instructions! The only alteration I made was with the glaze, I used lemon juice and honey as opposed powdered sugar.

This is a great recipe for a beautiful Sunday morning, sitting outside with a nice cup of coffee in any season!
